We encourage those companies that meet our Investment Criteria to submit a financing proposal. We will need the following information to expedite the initial review:

  1. Amount of the mezzanine loan, the total financing required and use of proceeds. Also a pro forma balance sheet after financing.
  2. Current Business Plan including the company's background and a description of current and future operations.
  3. Annual financial statements for the last 3 years.
  4. Current ownership plus background and experience of management team.
  5. Projected financial statements for the next 3 years.
