Bob has over 25 years of commercial banking experience divided equally between Citicorp and Summit Bank, and 7 years experience as a partner at AMI.  He has an extensive background in financial and credit analysis, commercial lending, transaction structuring and financial management.
He holds a Bachelor's Degree from Bucknell University and an MBA from The Wharton School.  Bob was a First Lieutenant in the United States Army.

Doug spent 18 years as an investment banker in the corporate finance departments of Blyth Eastman Dillon, Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers.  He has extensive experience in asset-based financings, initial public offerings, private placements and mergers and acquisitions, most notably in the industrial, energy and telecommunications sectors.  During the last eight years, he built a successful financial advisory business specializing in capital structuring, strategic planning and acquisitions for small and medium-sized businesses.
He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and received his MBA from the University of Virginia.  Doug was a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy.

Maria has spent the last 12 years in commercial banking at Summit Bank.  As an Administrative Assistant in Corporate Finance, she was responsible for monitoring all mezzanine finance investments,  compliance with loan covenants and maintaining accounting and MIS reports, budgets and forecasts. 
She attended Montclair State University and presently holds a Broker's NJ Real Estate License and is a certified Tax Preparer.
